Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Tably. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Tably Service.
A. Definitions
“Tably”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tably Ltd. (UK company registration number 07860821, VAT number GB385649249, office address Tably Ltd., Senna Building, Gorsuch Place, London E2 8JF) as well as our affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, contractors, licensors, officers, agents, and employees.
“The User”, “you” and “your” refer to the individual person, company, or organisation that has visited or is using the Service; or that directs the use of the Service in the performance of its functions. A User must be at least 13 years of age.
The “Service” refers to Tably’s website located at tably.com, APIs located at api.tably.com, applications, software, products, and services provided by Tably.
The “Terms” refers, collectively, to all the terms, conditions, notices contained or referenced in this document.
B. Access to our Service
- We permit access to our Service to you on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw your access or amend the content we provide on our Service without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Service and content is unavailable at any time or for any period.
- From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Service, or our entire Service.

E. User-generated content

I. Applicable law
- These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
